Public Service Academy

Welcome to the Public Service Academy. Below you will find information about what programs are available within our academy.

Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice Academy offers a series of courses in the Criminal Justice program. Each course builds on the previous course to complete the Gold Seal Vocation Program progression in Criminal Justice. Each course is year-long and upon successful completion will earn one elective credit toward graduation requirements. Students may also obtain college credit through Polk State College and Southeastern University dual enrollment classes.

Mission Statement: The Bartow High School Criminal Justice Academy will champion its diverse student population in preparation for both post-secondary education and careers in the Criminal Justice field through community partnerships and the development of real-world knowledge, skills, experiences, and a public service mindset.
